A different employment status, new training that will lead me to have a student coaching business, writing books, and writing my thoughts each day are all choices I have made. And I trust myself to make these choices. I look forward to the continual challenge of the changes in my life and as I settle into my new normal, I have confidence these changes are what is best for me and best for my loved ones.
Self-trust has allowed me to be authentic in all aspects of life. I trust my instincts and values, and this allows me to engage with others more fully, more honestly, and in a more fulfilled manner. As stated before, I trust myself to make the choices that are right for a new lifestyle.
How I get there from here is where faith in myself comes into play. This is where my daily meditations take me – to the future where I can guide others to better lives. Meditation brings peace to my overworked mind and helps me focus.
Through meditation, I have increased my self-awareness. I feel that I have developed a deeper understanding of myself, my thoughts, and my behaviors. I am calmer and better able to handle setbacks which has led to enhanced personal growth. This personal growth has brought about a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment in my life.
